It’s very difficult to get a technician scheduled or a repair or a clear answer as to when one will be scheduled for a repair . I have spoken to four different people and everyone has a different answer . I have been told a tech will call within 30 minutes of arriving , you are scheduled between 8 to 12 , you are high priority a tech will be there definitely today , then most recent you are scheduled for two days from now . If this is how United handles their customers then I suggest going elsewhere for internet service especially if you depend on WiFi for your job .

Its a good price point compared to xfinity here. They did the service installation at scheduled time and was very knowledgeable. Also the speed is pretty consistent and doesn't drop the packets much.

Guys, please come to Hermitage! We were lucky enough to be in Brentwood when y’all were installing down there and LOVED YOUR SERVICE! We never had any issues and service was never out. Not even in the nastiest of storms. It was such a relief to know we could rely on your internet! We’ve since moved and gotten stuck with a competitorX of yours and have had continuous issues from day one. The second we can drop them to switch to you guys we definitely will!

We’ve been a customer for five years and have had reliable service and no issues. We received notice last week that they now have fiber available at another address where we have our shop. I called less than a week ago and they’re here now installing the lines. Kim was the agent I spoke with to order new service and she is hands down the best customer service rep that I have ever dealt with.
